For those not necessarily pursuing a fully natural childbirth, or who are unable to take the full series of Bradley Method® classes, I will soon start teaching a four-week childbirth class at the Bill Bartley branch of the YMCA at 5001 Bartley Drive (just off of SouthWest Parkway) in Wichita Falls.   These classes also will exercise, nutrition, health, relaxation, and pain management techniques to prepare you for childbirth.  This class is appropriate for those intending or expecting natural, medicated, induced, and/or caesarean births.  These classes currently scheduled to begin on July 12th, with more information to follow on my website and through the YMCA at (940) 761-1000. As with my other offerings, these classes are not required for you to enlist me as your doula, nor are doula services required to take these classes.
