Birth-related Information Childbirth Education – The two most popular methods of natural childbirth education in the United States are Lamaze® and the Bradley Method®. Before choosing a method, we encourage you to research them. Their official websites are good places to start. There are other methods available as well, but we are much less familiar with them. Whichever you choose, I recommend you make sure you do your homework and talk to your instructor to make sure you’re a good match!
